Coffee hour is a time for fellowship and breaking the fast after the Holy Liturgy, please consider the following notes:

• You can prepare for an average of 60 parishioners on a regular Sunday
• Please try to have everything well prepared and ready to be served when you bring your coffee hour items.
• We also accommodate Church School children if you like to provide something suitable.
• It is your responsibility to provide all paper goods needed for your food items such as plates, napkins, utensils, and cups.
• Please ensure that kitchen is clean and tidy after your service.
• During fast seasons we ask you to provide vegan foods to be served.

We ask you to always keep your work easy and simple.
